- The abstract must be submitted in English, and the presentations must be given in that language.

- Author name and affiliation must be mentioned in the right sequence
- The text must be written in simple lucid language and must be segregated under the following points: background, rationale of the study, method, results, and conclusion. Keywords: Maximum 5.
- For multiple submissions: If you are interested in submitting multiple works of yours please use different email addresses for each submission.
General Information about Abstract Submission
- All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
- Submission of a paper constitutes a formal commitment by the author to present the paper in the session and at the time decided upon by the Scientific Committee. Any change in the presenting author needs to be communicated in the form of a written statement to the Scientific Committee. If the original presenting author is unable to present the paper, it is that person’s responsibility to ensure that one of the co-authors takes over this role.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Committee will be mailed to the submitting author at the e-mail address supplied. Detailed information, guidelines, and recommendations for oral or poster presentation, as well as time allotment and date, will be sent in due time.
- Note that a maximum of two oral presentations will be allowed per presenter.
- Please choose the appropriate presentation format (individual paper/individual poster) and subtheme for your submission. Note that the International Scientific Committee will finally decide on your presentation format.
- For the evaluation of your paper, a double-blind review will take place. The reviewers will judge the papers according to the relevance to the conference, the standard of English, the objectivity of the statement, the description of what was done, the suitability of methods in relation to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, scientific value, originality of work and overall impression.
